This High Tech research facility is primarily involved in developing new techniques and methods of processing energetic materials for the Special Effects and Motion Picture Industry.
Current research is concentrating on :-
Improving the manufacture of bullet hits.
Metal powder processing for pyrotechnics.
Smokeless pyrotechnics for indoor special effects.
In addition to standard Lab Facilities other instruments used in this research is a state of the art emission spectrum analyser, an electron microscope and a digital microscope.
Courses and Demonstrations are also conducted at this facility
