PYROMASTER 1000
A single channel hand held "Blaster Box" operates from an internal battery and has charge and fire buttons for two handed operation. The charge button is held for a few seconds and when the neon lamp illuminates the fire button is then pressed.
This unit will simultaneously fire more than 100 electric matches connected in series. Great for wide fronts, crossed candles etc.
PYROMASTER 2000
The Standard firing panel is a straight 50 channel unit with ground switching on the last 10 channels expanding the maximum number of channels to (40 by 10) 400.
The panel sports 50 channel select pushbuttons with a separate FIRE switch - The firing sequence consists of holding the channel switch depressed with one hand and then operating the FIRE button with the other hand.
The On-Off switch and the Safe-Arm switch are operated by separate keys. Each channel is monitored by its own Light Emitting Diode. All circuits are displayed even while the panel is in an unarmed condition.
The PYROMASTER 2000 requires an external battery and accommodates voltages between 12 and 48 Volts. Typically 12 volts can fire two simultaneous circuits and 24 volts will fire eight series circuits reliably.
An internal High Voltage Generator boosts the firing Voltage and allows in excess of 100 series circuits to be fired. An electronic switch controls the current rise to protect the switches from the large instantaneous current.
Connectors for DB-50 connectors are accessible on the side of the console and permit standard 50 core computer cable to be used for all inter-connections.
DB50MASTER
The DB50MASTER distribution board works in conjunction with the PYROMASTER 2000. It provides quick connect terminals for 50 channels.
It has one DB-50 incoming connector and two DB-50 outgoing connecters allowing it to double as a distribution board and as a splitter.
An unlimited number of DB50MASTERs can be daisy chained to give unrivalled flexibility.
The programme address of the DB50MASTER is selected on a 12 position selector switch. Address 1 to 10 , off and external ground.
The wiring of the DB50MASTER is contained on a single printed circuit board with the high power matrix diodes and all connectors.
